Beginning as an after-hours hobby in an auto garage more than 60 years ago, Chapman Signs has grown into a full-time sign and graphics supplier. Founder, Ernie Chapman, began hand-painting signs in the 1940s during his spare time. The shop moved around Essex County through the years,landing in Leamington 15 years ago.

Ernie passed on his sign and design expertise to new owners 15 years ago, ensuring time-honoured techniques would be combined with the modern technology.
